DATE AND TIME
On Saturday, October 19, 2024, the 16th edition of the TotalEnergies Bilbao Night Marathon will be held, the start of which for the 3 distances will be at 7:00 p.m. from the esplanade of the San Mamés stadium in Bilbao. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO GO IN ADVANCE TO THE DEPARTURE TO AVOID AGGLOMERATIONS AND WARM UP PROPERLY.
22REGISTRATION
Registration for the race is personal and implies acceptance of these regulations. All participants accept each of the articles of these regulations and honestly undertake not to anticipate the start and to cover the full distance before crossing the finish line.

MARATHON Until September 22: €46.00. From September 23 to October 3: €50.00.
HALF MARATHON Until September 22: €27.00. €From September 23 to October 3: €33.00.
PIRATE RACE Until September 22: €20.00. From September 23 to October 3 €26.00.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The deadline for registration is October 3 or when the bibs are sold out. The total participant limit is 12,000 runners adding the 3 distances. The organization could increase the quota depending on the demand and the organizational possibilities.
REGISTRATION CHECK
Once the participant registers, they will receive an e- confirmation email of your registration for the TotalEnergies Bilbao Night Marathon with the REGISTRATION PROOF attached. In addition, from the "MY REGISTRATION" section, participants can check and download their registration receipt at any time.
MODIFY YOUR REGISTRATION
THE DEADLINE TO MODIFY THE REGISTRATION IS SEPTEMBER 22th.
Participants can modify their data, change the distance and transfer the registration to another person in the "MY REGISTRATION" section.
CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION
The cancellation or reimbursement of the registration will not be made under any circumstances. Once the registration has been formalized, the race registration fee will not be refunded for any reason, including the cancellation of the test caused by a case of force majeure, considering these as those in which the relevant authorities force the event to be suspended.
TIME LIMITS
42k - max. 5’00h
A maximum time of 5h is established to complete the MARATHON distance race. After this time, participants who have not finished the tour must leave it.
21k - max. 2’45h
A maximum time of 2h and 45 min is established. to complete the distance path of MIDDLE MARATHON. After this time, participants who have not finished the tour must leave it.
10k - max. 1’45h
A maximum time of 1h and 45 min is established. to complete the distance path of the PIRATE RACE. After this time, participants who have not finished the tour must leave it.
Marathon athletes who pass through the Half Marathon over 2'45 hours and Km 30 over 4 hours must MUST REMOVE.
SERVICES TO THE RUNNER

Technical T-shirt / Gymsac XL / Commemorative finisher medal for the 3 distances / Commemorative finisher diploma.
WARDROBE
There will be a cloakroom service from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. located in the Zubiarte Floor -1 Shopping Center. Each runner must deposit in the official gymsac, which is delivered together with the bib-chip, the personal objects that they want to leave stored. In order to identify the gymsac, the participant will have to put the card with their official number that comes in the envelope with the number. ONLY OFFICIAL EVENT BAGS/GYMSACS WILL BE PICKED UP WITH THE OFFICIAL CARD. MARATHON runners will collect, only collect, the bag in the 42K FINISHER ZONE at post finish line.
LOCKER ROOM
There will be a changing room for women and another for men, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. located on the basketball courts, next to EXPOKIROLAK, Palacio Euskalduna. The participant must show their number to access this service.
PACEMAKERS
The organization will have eleven pacemakers that will set the right pace so that participants can make 3:00h. / 3:15h. / 3:30h. / 3:45h. / 4h. for the marathon distance and 1:25h. / 1:30h. / 1:35h. / 1:40h. / 1.45h / 1:50h. / 2:00h. for the Half marathon. The pacemakers can be easily identified, as they will be marked with flags located behind the runner that acts as a pacemakers.
PROVISIONING
Following the rules established by the RFEA and the IAAF for the marathon test dispute, the organization will make available to the participants some water supply areas every 2.5 kilometers. From km. 7.5 there will be every 5 kilometers provisioning with POWERADE and from km 25, every 5 km solid supplies and gels.
TASTING AT THE FINISH LINE
When reaching the finish line, participants will receive an individual bag with water, AQUARIUS and solid supplies provided by the sponsors.
